You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

To access the villa there is a path that’s 90cm wide with no steps. The front door has a width of 92cm, whilst other external doors have a width of 56cm. The pool is on a flat level, whilst the pool itself requires step access. The pool area, terrace and villa grounds are flat with no steps. The ground floor bedroom closest to the kitchen has a door width of 69cm, whilst the bathroom has a door width of 64cm.
