To access the villa there is a path which is 180cm wide alongside 1 step. There is also a ramp to the front door. The front door has a width of 70cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 140cm wide. The path to the poolside is 119cm wide. The terrace is open-plan with tiles and a lawn area. There is 1 step down from the covered terrace to the poolside. There is also 1 small step down onto the lawn area. The pool itself has step access. This is a ground-floor property. Inside, there are 2 steps down from the lounge to the dining area. The master bedroom and ensuite doors are 73cm wide.
