Great location however there were a few niggly issues that whilst they didn't spoil our holiday at all, others should be aware of. Firstly we could not find any external lighting - the book said the switches were by the doors but none of the switches we found worked. Maybe the bulbs had gone but we have no external lighting apart from street lighting. Other things such as only being allowed to use beach towels for the pool, and not supplying beach towels was frustrating; at least inform people! One day we lifted the rug in the living room and found it pretty dirty underneath. We wanted to clean it but couldn't find a dustpan or brush or anything else to clean ourselves. We were also unable to use the bedroom balcony as the door was stiff and it took us around 15 minutes to actually get it locked and secured on the first night. Again, it didn't make our holiday less enjoyable and we just shrugged and moved on, but others may want to be aware.

Villa pardal is in a lovely position and has lovely grounds and a good swimming pool. We paid for the pool to be heated which was well worth it . The villa is a little dated but this is clear from the photos. It would benefit from an update of the outside furniture and some of the curtains etc which wouldn’t cost much but would make a huge difference to the appearance .All the staff we encounter working for Solmar Villas were friendly and helpful. We would use them again

To access the villa there is an open path which is 100cm wide with four steps. The front door has a door with of 80cm whilst other access doors have a width of 64cm. The outside is an open terrace which is relatively flat, the pool path is 200cm and has one step which is 16.5cm wide. There are three steps to the BBQ area. Inside the villa, both bedrooms on the ground floor have a door width of 68cm wide whilst the ground floor bathroom has a door width of 63cm. There are 18 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door has a width of 68cm, and the bathroom door has a width of 64cm. The width of the door into the kitchen area is 71cm whilst the door width into the lounge area is 163cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
