To access the villa there is a path which is 230cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 82cm, whilst the other access door has a width of 200cm. The terrace is flat, there are 4 roman steps into the pool. The ground floor bedrooms both have a door width of 67cm, the ground floor bathrooms also have a door width of 67cm. There are 17 steps to the first floor. The first-floor bedrooms both have a door width of 72cm whereas the bathrooms have a door width of 68cm.
