You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

The exteriors are planted in tradition and designed to fuse with the typical age-old architecture of the Algarve, with white walls and terracotta-tiled roofs.

The ground surrounding the villa is flat with the exception of the steps at the front of the villa and another single step along both paths from the front of the villa to the rear pool and patio area. To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm wide, leading to 4 steps to the front door, the front door is 72cm wide. The lounge door is 63cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 60cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 112cm wide, the area around the pool is flat and the pool has ladder access only. The ground-floor bedroom door is 63cm wide and the ground-floor bathroom door is 59cm wide, this has a bath with a shower over. There are 17 steps leading to the first-floor level. The first-floor bedroom doors are all 64cm wide, the widest first-floor bathroom door is 54cm, this has a bath with shower over.
