Villa is in a good area with restaurants close by, however the photos from Solmar website are from a few years ago, the Villa is tired and needs updating 1.loose and cracked tiles round the pool 2. Curtain poles in main lounge not secure 3. Mismatched furniture and bedding throughout 4. Broken barbed wire on perimeter fence 5. Loose wall lights in the 2nd upstairs bedroom 6. Upstairs bathroom needs tiles deep cleaning and new bath as stained 7. Why is there a chest freezer in the hall If these faults and other smaller ones were addressed this would a lovely villa…but at the moment it’s tired and needs attention

Lovely villa in a quiet spot, lots of room for a family and all you need for self catering, we know the area well and overall as villas go it was OK. VIlla could do with a little TLC, some of the outdoor furniture was broken (and clearly had been for a while) and there were no bats and balls for the table tennis and we couldn't buy one locally which meant that our kids couldn't use it.

To access the pool area there is a path which is 150cm wide along with 1 step to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 74cm and other doors that access the pool area are the lounge patio doors which are 110cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 140cm wide, the grounds are flat/even and the pool has roman steps to enter. There is 1 step from lounge patio door to the BBQ area. Inside there is 1 step (15cm) which leads to the separate toilet, twin bedroom, double bedroom and shared bathroom. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 74cm wide which can be the double and twin room. The widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 74cm wide.
