Great location, very quiet but with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Villa is tired and needs some updating. The lounge area was below usual standard for Solmar villas, having stayed in many over the years. All the settees were ripped and extremely uncomfortable and there was not enough seating for the 5 people. Beds were ok but very hard. The pool area was good and a good amount of sun beds. Kitchen was well equipped, and there is a nice dining room. Cleanliness was ok but there were several very large cobwebs on lights and ceiling areas. Bedding was clean and great to have pool towels provided. Wi-Fi was good and good number of English tv channels to choose from. Overall not a bad villa and it felt very secure, but had better with Solmar Villas.

Bathtubs not cleaned, curtain not properly on curtain rail in bedroom. Curtains in lounge were ripped/torn. Light shade in lounge covered in cobwebs. Seating in lounge is uncomfortable cane furniture, only seating for 5 when 6 adults in our party. Dining table only had seating for 5. Limited cupboard space in kitchen for groceries. 2 parasols at pool, 1 broken and other was damaged. Pool water needed to been treated/cleaned.

Apart from having to clean the kitchen, and the dining table, there was a distinct lack of basic, frankly minimum, accessories to be able to function - Olive Oil, drying clothes, salt pepper, rubbish bags, dishwasher tablets etc etc …. And supplying one poolside umbrella is unacceptable, even worse the one they did, didn’t fit the weight hence ended up in pool(despite being folded down)……which a great pity has the building and position were good….

To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 77cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 110cm wide. The path to the poolside is 120cm wide. There is 1 step of 15cm from the lounge to the pool area. However, if you walk around the house from the front to the back, there are 2 steps. The terrace is large and open. Inside, there is 1 step of 14cm down to the lounge area. The ground floor bedroom door is 68cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 63cm wide. There are 15 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 72cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 88cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
