Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 82cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 170cm wide. There are 3 steps down from the outside seating area, to the pool. This can be seen in the images. The terrace is tiled, mostly flat, and surrounded by lawn. Inside, the lounge and ground floor bedrooms require access via 2 internal steps. All three bedrooms have a door width of 68cm, whilst the shower room door is 54cm wide. The ensuites are smaller at 52cm wide. The door into the lounge is 148cm wide, whilst the door into the kitchen is 62cm wide.
