You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 78cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 82cm wide. Outside, there is 1 step to the pool area. Other than this, the terrace is relatively flat and tiled with a wrap around lawn. Inside, bedroom 1 is accessed via 2 internal steps. Bedroom 1 has a door width of 74cm, whilst the other bedroom doors are only 68cm wide. The ensuite doors are 58cm wide. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 84cm wide.
