Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide, along with 2 steps.The width of the front door is 75cm wide, whilst the other external door is 160cm wide. There are 8 steps leading down to the pool area, where the pool requires both step and ladder access. Due to this, the outside area is on multiple levels, as can be seen in the images. All four ground floor bedrooms have a door width of 68cm, whilst the ensuites have a door width of 65cm. The width of the kitchen door is 68cm, whilst the living room door is 120cm wide. Although this is a ground floor property, there are 2 steps leading from the entrance hall, and 2 steps in-between the kitchen/lounge.
