You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Accessibility
To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide, there is also a ramp or the option of steps. All external doors have a width of 126cm. There’s a path leading to the pool terrace which is 104cm. The pool requires step or ladder access, whilst the villa grounds mostly compromise of flat lawn. The bedroom with the widest door is the ground floor annex, accessed externally. The bedroom door is 126cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 76cm wide. In the main house, the width of the kitchen door is 72cm, whilst the living room door is 76cm wide. Apart from the slope in the garden and 2 steps to the pool area, the villa is relatively flat.
