To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide alongside 2 steps. The drive is on a steep incline. The front door has a width of 76cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 68cm wide. The path to the pool area is 110cm wide. There are 2 steps from the patio doors to the pool area. The pool area is flat and tiled. The pool has both ladder and step access. Inside, the lounge and one of the bedrooms can only be accessed via 2 internal steps. All three bedrooms have a door width of 68cm, whilst the bathrooms/ensuites have a door width of 64cm. The door into the kitchen is 68cm wide, whilst the door into the lounge is 78cm wide.
