Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.
This is our 6th booking with Solmar Villas. The service is amazing. We book on line and get a follow up phone call, to ask if there is anything else they can support us with. The staff are really helpful, this also includes the representative’s in resort. Would highly recommend Solmar Villas.

To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide with 2 steps. The front door has a width of 78cm. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 300cm wide, the outside area is a mixture of lawn and tiles which are flat. The pool requires step access, whilst other external doors are 81cm wide. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 68cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 62cm wide. The doors into the kitchen and lounge area are 144cm wide. There are 16 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom doors are 68cm wide and both ensuite doors are 64cm wide.
