The villa is on one level, to access the villa there is a path that is 112cm wide, and there are 6 steps leading to the front door, the door is 78cm wide. The lounge door is 132cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 68cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area the door is 82cm wide, the outside area is flat but has one step to the pool, and the path surrounding the pool is 250cm wide. The pool has steps with no handrails.
