You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Please note, this villa is in a hilly area of the resort. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 300cm wide. The terrace is flat and tiled, however there are a few steps around the exterior of this property. From the patio doors via the lounge to the poolside, there's a small lip over the doorframe. You can also access the poolside via the driveway, but there are 5 steps. You can also access the poolside around the back of the house, there is a small slope to the pool from this way. Inside, from the lounge/dining area to the kitchen there are 3 steps up. From the hall to the kitchen there are 3 steps up. Both ground floor bedroom doors are 72cm wide, whilst the ensuite doors are 67cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor.
