This villa is located in a hilly/mountainous area, some of the roads in this area may feature steep hills and tight bends. There are steps from the parking area down to the villa entrance. There is a small step from the patio doors out to the terrace. The terrace features a split level design, the terrace around the villa is mostly flat and paved, it also features an uneven lawn area. There are then 4 steps from the terrace down to the small lawn area that contains the sun loungers. The pool features ladder access, you must climb up from the sun lounger area and then back down into the pool. The ground floor of this property features a split level design, there are 3 steps between the living area and bedroom level.
