You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

All on the ground floor, you will find a cosy lounge with plenty of comfortable seating and a satellite TV, as well as a characterful mezzanine floor with a selection of books and DVDs to complement your stay. The spacious rustic kitchen is the heart of the house and is well equipped with all of the amenities you could need for your stay. Four comfortable bedrooms complete the villa, three double rooms and a room containing bunk beds, as well as two modern bathrooms.
Outside, you will find a spacious enclosed garden with your private swimming pool, providing an idyllic setting to unwind and embrace the tranquility of Sardinia. A huge lawn ensures plenty of space to entertain, with convenient alfresco dining facilities located under a shaded terrace next to the brick-built barbeque and pizza oven, perfect for evening meals, there's even a covered roof terrace offering incredible sunset views over the med.
