You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Villa Ikaros is a beautiful deluxe property on a private estate with amazing sea views, located in Psaltos area between Lindos and Pefkos. Ideal for couples, friends and families this villa presents the perfect setting for a relaxed summer holiday in the serene south part of Rhodes.
The villa is arranged over two floors and it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The ground floor consists of 1 air conditioned bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a living room with a comfortable sitting area, equipped with a large flat screen TV, an open plan fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a guest wc. The living room opens to a large furnished veranda with BBQ facilities where you can relax and enjoy the magnificent view of the blue sea and the garden. Here you will also find a large private heated pool, equipped with a Jacuzzi, with sunbeds and parasols.
The upper floor consists of 2 air conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, opening to a spacious furnished balcony with panoramic sea view.
Only 3.5km away is Lindos, described as the jewel in the crown of Rhodes and you only need to visit once to really understand why.This is a magical village that captures the heart of everyone who sets foot on her cobbled streets.Whitewashed sugar cubed houses, a maze of winding streets where golden sandy beaches meet clear azure blue seas and white chapels sit proudly beneath the awesome ancient acropolis.

Please note, this villa sits in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 88cm wide. The front door has a width of 88cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 88cm wide. Overall the terrace is uneven in places and a mixture of lawn and patio. The pool itself has ladder access. The ground floor bedroom and shower room doors are 76cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor.
