The property is ideal for those looking for a beach villa holiday in Rhodes as the charming bay of Vlycha is just steps away, with a beautiful stretch of sand and pebbles lapped by crystal-clear waters. If you’d prefer to stay put, make the most of those long sunny days around the fantastic pool, with plenty of sunloungers and shaded areas. The area where the villa is situated is fairly hilly and moutainous. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 77cm wide. The lounge and the kitchen/dining room doors are 100cm wide, the living area is open plan, there is a guest WC on the ground floor level. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 77cm wide, the path to the pool is 100cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, tiled and even, the garden grounds are grassed with shrubbery. The pool has steps with a handrail. There are multiple steps leading to the first floor level, the ground and first floor bedroom doors are 79cm wide and the ground and first floor bathroom doors are 69cm wide, all bathrooms are shower type.
