Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 86cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 86cm wide. Outside, there is a small step down from the covered terrace area. Overall, the terrace is flat and tiled, with a small area of lawn. Inside, the ground floor bedroom with the widest door is 78cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 67cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 120cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 120cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
