Villa Ixia Elena is a two-storey property. The front door has a width of 89cm, alongside 2 small external steps, alternative there is a small ramp. The terrace is open plan, the top of the terrace is tiled, whilst the pool is surrounded by lawn. There is a small step down from the terrace to the pool area. The pool itself has ladder access. There are no ground-floor bedrooms, however the door to the kitchen and lounge area is 89cm wide.
