You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide, leading to 5 steps to the front door, the front door is 90cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 100cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 90cm wide, there are 4 steps down from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 90cm wide. The outside grounds are flat, paved stoned and even. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The bedroom doors are 75cm wide and the bathroom doors are 68cm wide, there are 2 steps up from the double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom is a shower over bath type and the main bathroom is a shower type. One of the largest villages of Rhodes, Afandou is located on the east coast and not far from the resorts of Faliraki and Rhodes Town. A lovely square can be discovered in the heart of the village, a wide selection of shops, bars, café and traditional Taverna restaurants. A popular resort and only 1km to the Blue Flag beach along the crystal clear waters of the Aegean, which can be accessed by a mini-train in the peak months. A must see is the beautiful Church of Our Lady Katholiki and the only golf course on the island, Afandou Golf is also located close to the village.
