Things we loved: The pool was lovely and clean and well maintained, shame the weather wasn’t kinder, we would have made more use of it. We liked the layout, design of the Villas and were glad of the Annex without stairs. The places were clean and well provided for in cutlery, pans etc. Generally, we were very happy with everything about the Villa’s and would have no hesitation recommending them but offer the feedback below. Things we felt could be improved: The hot water takes for ever to arrive at the taps, resulting in lots of cold going down the drain. Also, information about the electric water heater needs to be provided in the event of no sunshine. The grass areas could have been cut prior to our arrival rather than during our stay. Although there were adequate washing machine and dishwasher tablets provided there was no hard surface cleaner and the washing up liquid was useless. Better communication about these would have been nice as we took our own tablets unnecessarily as it turned out. The dishwasher really needs to be on an uninterrupted power circuit so it can finish its program whilst the occupants are out. There was no information about rubbish disposal. Some lamp bulbs were not working. It would have been nice if the two Veranda’s with pergolas had had fully water proof coverings so that we could have used them during periods of light rain.
