You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

Villa Tria is an impressive 3 bedroomed villa situated in the resort of Hanioti, the captivating coastal town, renowned for its pristine waters and a long stretch of white sandy beach.
On entering this comfortable 3-bedroom villa into the well equipped kitchenette and open plan lounge/dining area, your eyes are instantly drawn outside to the glistening pool and garden with stunning sea views beyond. Comfortable sunbeds and an alfresco dining table invite you to pass the hours sunning and relaxing. The pool can be heated for an additional charge outside of the warmest months, to ensure that you enjoy the waters all year round. Just off of the lounge is the first double bedroom, featuring doors out to the garden and an ensuite bathroom with a whirlpool bath.
On the first floor you will find the second double bedroom and a separate shower room. From here the doors lead out to a furnished private terrace, again with marvellous views and a perfect spot to enjoy a coffee at sunrise or a cocktail at sunset! The complex itself has marvellous sea views and is just a 15 minute walk from the centre of the village.

This villa is situated in a hilly/mountainous area. Some of the roads in this area may feature steep hills and tight bends, the finish of road surfaces in Greece may be of varying standards. The path to the villa is flat, with 1 step up to the front door. The terrace around the pool is flat and paved, there is also a lawn area with a slight gradient. The pool features steps access. The lounge/dining/kitchen area is open plan. The stairs to the first floor are steep and feature a corner. There are more stairs up to the second floor, and the second floor bedroom features a sloped ceiling with a reduced height at it's lowest point.
