Sivota is quite possibly the prettiest fishing village you are likely to come across. Located in the south east corner of Lefkas, Sivota boasts one of the prettiest and most colourful little natural harbours we have ever encountered.
For enthusiastic photographers, you’ll have a hard time convincing your friends that your images have not been photo shopped, such are the vivid contrasts between the green olive groves that tumble down to the water’s edge of the aqua marine cobalt blue waters of this stunning scene. Simply stunning.
Sivota has evolved over recent years and has become a firm favourite with the yachting fraternity, who enjoy mooring in the idyllic harbour of an evening and of course, who equally enjoy hopping ashore on their tender dinghies and dining in one of the many excellent seafood restaurants and trendy café bars that have sprung up over the years.

The villa is situated on a mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 230cm wide, leading to 17 steps to the front door, the front door is 88cm wide. The lounge door is 86cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 95cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 100cm wide, the path to the pool is 100cm wide. The outside grounds are hilly and uneven, the ground is crazy paving. There are 5 concrete steps to access the ladder for the pool, the pool is slightly raised from the ground. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 20 steps leading to the first floor level. The bedroom and bathroom doors are 72cm wide, the bathrooms are shower rooms and shower/bath types.
