The area where the villa is situated is fairly hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a ramp to the front door which is 90cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 90cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 190cm wide, there are 20 exterior steps or 16 interior steps to the pool area. The outside grounds are spacious and level. The pool has steps. The lower floor level bedroom and bathroom doors are 80cm wide, the bathrooms are walk in shower type. There are 15 steps to the ground floor level which is the living quarters, there are no bedrooms or bathrooms on this floor.
