You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Villa Terra offers accommodation for a couple or three people with the use of a sofa bed in the living area and benefiting from extensive outdoor areas including a private pool and also large secluded terrace and garden area. We think Terra would be perfect for a honeymoon or special anniversary celebration. The accommodation is open plan inside although the bedroom area is separated from the remainder of the villa by the shower room. Top quality, modern and stylish throughout, the balconies offer sea views, whereas from the main pool area there are glorious country and mountain views. The villa is near to our other one bedroom villa, Villa Indikon and behind Villa Aris, a 3 bedroom villa, so ideal for parties travelling together. There is a washing machine available to use free of charge at the nearby apartments, alternatively there is a maid laundry service for a fee.

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide along with 4 steps to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 95cm and other doors that access the pool area are 200cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 200cm wide, the grounds are flat and the pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is the double room and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide which is the shower room. Just over 30 minutes’ drive from the Airport, Trapezaki is a quiet area located on a steep olive clad hillside in the shade of Mount Aenos. Half way between the Town of Argostoli and the resort of Skala, the busier resort of Lourdas is close by which offers a larger choice of facilities and a long sandy beach.
Trapezaki is ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday. There is a scattering of small mini markets and a few tavernas on the hillside near to the villas and a peaceful bay with a beautiful sandy beach and crystal clear waters ideal for swimming, backed by a good beachside restaurant. You can find some beautiful unspoilt areas within Trapazaki Bay and the views from the villas are second to none offering the most incredible panoramic views over the Ionian Sea.
