You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

What a view from this amazing contemporary paradise! Three-bedroom Villa Aris sits perched on a hillside overlooking views of Kefalonias' clear waters and sloping hills. Built on a verdant landscape, the villa is newly built with exemplary design throughout. Everything from the light grey façade, mosaic tiled pool to the large sliding glass doors screams modern elegance.
With a dramatic backdrop, there is plenty of room for outdoor fun, with lots of sun loungers, parasols, a hanging egg chair and a separate pergola dining area. All affording uninterrupted views of the Ionian Sea.
The villa makes full use of the sunshine with lots of glass and light décor throughout. Think ash wooden flooring and cool linens sofas, archways leading through to a relaxing dining table and chairs. The bedrooms are immaculate, with well-appointed lighting and floor to ceiling windows to drink in that amazing view! The bathrooms are decked out in five-star style, with kooky accents such as the cactus relief tiles and the tree table.
Although there is a mini-market and local restaurant nearby, if you want to explore the neighbouring resort of Lourdas, we’d recommend hiring a car.

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 150cm wide along with 4 steps. The front door has a width of 100cm and other doors that access the pool area are 100cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 150cm wide, the grounds are flat but there are some steps and the pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 80cm wide which is the double room and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide which is the shower room. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Resort Description
Just over 30 minutes’ drive from the Airport, Trapezaki is a quiet area located on a steep olive clad hillside in the shade of Mount Aenos. Half way between the Town of Argostoli and the resort of Skala, the busier resort of Lourdas is close by which offers a larger choice of facilities and a long sandy beach.
Trapezaki is ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday. There is a scattering of small mini markets and a few tavernas on the hillside near to the villas and a peaceful bay with a beautiful sandy beach and crystal clear waters ideal for swimming, backed by a good beachside restaurant. You can find some beautiful unspoilt areas within Trapazaki Bay and the views from the villas are second to none offering the most incredible panoramic views over the Ionian Sea.
