With its signature lagoon, bustling port and harbour area, and fabulous choice of local restaurants, the capital of Kefalonia offers the chance to experience a real Greek Town. Large, graceful squares invite you to while away the daytime hours with a cool drink under the shade and enjoy a bit of people watching, while the fabulous water front provides the ideal spot for your evening promenade. A walk across the footbridge towards the other side of the lagoon is not to be missed, and there are plenty of local shops to delve into along the way!
Just outside the capital you'll find beautiful wooded areas along the Fanari coastline looking across to Luxouri, as well as the much photographed lighthouse point. This area is home to some of the most elegant summer houses and was the favourite swimming spot for Argostoli residents to swim. The coastal road winds between the high trees along to the tourist resort of Lassi with its two superb beaches.

There are 4 steps to access the villa with a path of 300cm. the width of the front door is 85cm with no ramp access. The width of other access doors is 74cm the ground floor bedroom door is 85cm and the widest bath/shower room is 60cm on the ground floor.
