This is probably the most favoured area for villa holidays on Zakynthos offering stunning scenery, glorious beaches and just enough shops and restaurants to keep you occupied whilst being a relatively short drive from Zakynthos Town and the airport.
Vasilikos is the area on the north east coast of the island looking over to the Greek mainland and runs from just south of Argassi, a popular resort south of Zakynthos Town to the tip of the peninsula. Vasilikos boats beautiful pine woods, rolling olive groves and several lovely coastal areas such as Aghios Nikoloas, Porto Roma and Xerokastello where you can find a few shops and restaurants and lovely bays to sunbathe and swim. The famous Banana Beach is a large expanse of sand popular with the locals and much frequented by Italian visitors in August.

Please note, this villa is situated in a generally flat area; however, several of the outside surfaces are uneven due to the nature and design of the crazy paving and cobbled stone. To access the villa, there is a path measuring approximately 100cm wide alongside 5 steps with a handrail. The front door has a width of 84cm.
The remainder of the property is arranged on one level, with no internal steps or changes in height. All four bedrooms have a door width of approximately 78cm, whilst all bathroom doors measure approximately 78cm wide. The entrance to the kitchen/dining area is 100cm wide and the entrance to the lounge area is also 100cm wide. The bathrooms feature shower facilities.
The patio/access doors measure approximately 78cm wide. Please note, there is a large step down from each set of patio doors onto the terrace. The outside areas include tiled, lawned, crazy-paved and cobbled surfaces. Although parts of the terrace are flat, the crazy paving and cobbled stone can be uneven in places.
The swimming pool is accessed via Roman steps and there is no ramp access into the pool. There are also 10 steps leading from the pool area to the pool bar. A crazy-paved path runs across the lawn to the barbecue area.
