You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

To access the villa there is a path which is 240cm wide. The front door has a width of 86cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 86cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. There is 1 step down from the shaded area to the poolside. The pool itself has ladder access. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 80cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 78cm. Between the seaside resorts of the East Coast, Zakynthos Town and the rugged coastline of the west backed by high hills lies the central plain which is dotted with small, traditional villages.
