On the lower ground floor, a double bedroom features air conditioning, a flat‑screen TV, an ensuite shower room, and patio doors opening to a private balcony. The ground floor offers two additional bedrooms — one with a small double bed and the other with a standard double — each with air conditioning and direct access to the terrace. A family bathroom with a bath, twin basins, washing machine, and overhead shower serves this floor.
