This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 135cm wide as well as 3 steps. The front door has a width of 94cm and other doors that access the pool area are 96cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 98cm wide, there are 5 steps up to the pool area and 3 steps to get into the pool. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor, the nearest is up 18 steps to the first floor. The Villa was superb. The pool was ideal and perfect size. Having change of bedding and towels twice a week was a luxury and the cleaners were very discreet and friendly as were the gardeners and pool men. The situation of the Villa we felt was ideal. There is a little supermarket 5 min walk if that away and the walk in the evening to Lindos was perfect. The scenery stunning and the view to the acropolis magical. Emma our contact in the resort was first class!

Villa Sapphire is beautiful, extremely well equipped with everything you need for a home from home stay. Beds are comfortable and the outside area is stunning and very spacious. The villa is in walking distance to a supermarket and restaurants. The walk into Lindos village is steep and very hilly on return. During the day there is a shuttle down and back to the beach and St. Paul's Bay which costs 50 cents. Public transport is close by if you want to travel around the island. Emma, the concierge is very helpful and accessible and always available to quickly sort any problems. The area is quite peaceful and the villa is very secure. We arranged our transfers through Solmar and the drivers were excellent. We would definitely recommend villa Sapphire and Solmar

Lovely, modern, spacious villa, in a quiet area but just a 10 minute walk to all restaurants, bars and shops. It was very well equipped (even pool towels were provided) and all linen and towels were changed half way through the week. Both the air conditioning and wifi worked well. The swimming pool was very well maintained and it's great design meant that any leaves/bugs were continuously cleared, so it was sparkling clean at all times. The table tennis and pool tables were fun additions. All in all, thoroughly recommended.

We stayed in Lindos Sapphire as part of the Villa Voucher Deal and were not disappointed. The villa itself would be quite awkward to find, but you are given clear directions by Solmar in your pre-holiday pack. The fact that it is awkward is because it is hidden away from Lindos, which was perfect for us. The views from the balcony over the bay were spectacular. The villa itself has everything you need for a relaxing break - air conditioning in every room, comfortable beds, lovely pool and sun lounging area. There is a "supermarket" around 0.5 miles from the villa, though I think the Greeks' idea of a supermarket differs from ours somewhat. It had enough in to get you started, but for most things we travelled around 3 miles back towards Rhodes as there was a bigger one there. We had an issue with the electrics one night, with a part of the circuit breaker continuously tripping, but Emma the rep dealt with this incredibly quickly. We had an electrician out within about 30 minutes (despite it being 8:30pm), and a maintenance team to fix what turned out to be a faulty air con unit the following morning. Suffice to say we were incredibly impressed with the professionalism and speed. All in all, an absolutely wonderful relaxing break for us and we would 100% recommend it to everyone!
