You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Lambis Athina is a fabulous new, ultra modern semi detached villa in this much sought after area. Just a short stroll from shops and restaurants, it is even walking distance from the lovely town of Lindos and the beach I just over 1 klm away.
Beautifully finished in modern style Lambis will be your perfect base the a great holiday in the Lindos area with very attractive modern living areas and both bedrooms on the upper floor – a fantastic balcony over looking the pool and gazing out to sea beyond or with views over the garden to the side. The villas are totally separated by a high fence to give very good levels of privacy whilst to the rear a shared access area leads to your private entrance gate and into a beautiful secluded courtyard where you can enjoy the barbecue, a game of table tennis or a great game of pool under the shade.
All in all a super house for two couples or a small family with the added advantage that a larger party could book both this and the sister villa (Lambis Harmonia) and holiday side by side but totally independently.

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide along with 3 steps but there is also ramp access available. The front door has a width of 95cm and other doors that access the pool area are 89cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 98cm wide and there is a total of 5 steps around the villa grounds. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor, the nearest is up 18 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 80cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 80cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.

It was beautiful and our rep Emma was fantastic. I felt it could have been a little cleaner on arrival in public areas. The wardrobe and hanging space not the most practical and it would be useful if they put hooks on the backs of doors upstairs to hang longer items as wardrobes didn't allow that. Also a full length mirror would be useful. However a beautiful villa

For us the Villa was in a great location set away from the main Lindos town area a 10-15 min walk up and down the hill. We loved the swimming pool, table tennis, pool table and outside area as there is plenty of space to get sun or shade depending on your preference. We had a car and visited some lovely places recommended by our rep Emma who was always helpful, some of which I'm sure we would not have discovered. A fantastic break. Thank you

Villa is set back from the main town, about a 10min walk down (and back up). Overall we were very happy. When small matters did crop up, our local contact Emma, was always on hand to help via phone or a personal visit; even helping to arrange a minibus transfer to Rhodes town on our leaving day. The resort is quite unique and thoroughly delightful. Restaurant and drink prices have certainly kept up with UK prices, so don't expect a cheap holiday.

Our trip was very enjoyable and satisfactory. The weather was great, the food lovely and as ever, wonderful Greek hospitality. We know the area, so access into Lindos was a pain on foot. We had a car which is essential, so we visited several beaches and attractions. The trip and the necessary tests and documentation required went well, though it did cause some stress.

Emma the rep was very very helpful. No task or request was too much trouble. She even arranged due to our early check out and late flight, access to facilities are hotel on our last day. The villa was exceptional, and the pool, table tennis and pool table were excellent for minifamily tournaments. Lindos as a resort is spectacular and I cannot recommend it highly enough. A truly magical two weeks. Thank you Solmar and Emma.

The villa is stunning. The only negative there was no instructions for how to use the hob or washing machine and this took some working out. Also maybe a welcome pack should be provided with tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, oil For Cooking etc . Just the little Things that you don’t need a lot Of but gets quite costly when you are having to then Buy. However, these are the only negatives as I said the villa is stunning, the pool area in particular is amazing. Also must mention the rep for the villa Emma was especially helpful but not at all intrusive. She sent links for a supermarket, bus times and even arranged a hotel for our final day as we had a late flight. Would highly recommend.

The villa was amazing, the villa was clean, had great facilities and surrounding, so peaceful to spend around your own pool in the sunshine Close to Lindos for those wanting a night out of the villa.
