The Villa is big size and very comfortable for families. The backyard is very big as well. Two minutes walk to beach or Tavernas.

No welcome pack, tea coffee etc Not even water - just as well we arrived in daytime else we wouldn’t have got any, as shops would be shut No Villa folder with any info at all No leaflets about local tourist attractions etc No bin liners No washing detergent No toiletries - only soap dispenser which was broken No sun umbrellas Floors dirty Why below Solmar standards Would not recommend View of hotel, not sea Pictures are not really accurate Over priced Owner needs to get basic standard amenities for customers Bathrooms need updating Way to lo tight angle to get car onto driveway

To access the villa there is a path which is over 1m wide along with 2 steps to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 97cm and other doors that access the pool area are 120cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 200cm wide and the grounds are flat but there are 3 steps. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 80cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 75cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 90cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 90cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
