To access the villa there is an open path which is 150cm wide with one step. The front door and terrace door both have a door width of 80cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is relatively flat. The pool itself has ladder access; the pool path is 100cm wide. This is a ground floor only property. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door is 72cm and the widest bathroom door is 72cm.
