Found at the end of Eucalyptus Road (built by the Italians), Kolymbia is a peaceful resort and is home to one of the most beautiful beaches of the island.
It is a small natural bay located in the eastern coast of the island and offers plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas and a selection of water sports. In the village centre you will find an opulent variety of souvenir shops, local tavern’s and bars. There are some hidden gems to be discovered in Kolymbia such as a headland walk which offers unobstructed views across the bay. Kolymbia is one of the best locations of the island to explore both Rhodes Town and Lindos.

To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide alongside 4 steps. The front door has a width of 170cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 135cm wide. The path to the poolside is 210cm wide. There are 4 steps down to the pool area. Overall, the terrace is flat and tiled. There is one ground floor bedroom but no bathroom. There are 18 steps to the first floor. The first bedroom on your left has a door width of 82cm. The ensuite door is 71cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 80cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 220cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
