Villa Nastazia is located towards the southern end of Rhodes, in the smaller coastal resort of Kiorati. Within walking distance to a few amenities, you'll find a small number of eateries dotted along the beach, as well as a small convenience store 1.7km away, or a steady 25-minute stroll. If you've chosen to hire a car, the island boasts a variety of must-see attractions and sites, such as monasteries, beaches, and the Butterfly Valley. You're sure to find something for all generations to enjoy.

Choose a villa holiday to Kiotari if you’re in search of a laid back, tranquil beach resort that promises plenty of sunshine. Set on the southeast coast of Rhodes, you’ll find an array of traditional tavernas, chilled-out bars with live Greek music and plenty of shops selling souvenirs along the seafront. The vast four-kilometre Blue Flag beach offers golden sand one end and the other shingle, while the Aegean waters stretching between the two are shallow and ideal for families with young children. From pedalos to parasailing, an array of watersports are yours to enjoy, yet the atmosphere remains peaceful and far less busy than some of Rhodes’ bigger beach resorts.
A care-free afternoon soaking up the sun is certainly first on the list for many visitors, but venture inland and there are plenty of churches, museums and medieval ruins to marvel at. When you stay at one of our villas in Kiotari, you’re in the perfect spot to enjoy plenty of daytrips; just a ten-minute drive away are Gennadi’s whitewashed houses and quaint narrow alleyways, and a half hour drive brings you to Lindos, one of Rhodes’ prettiest towns with its ancient acropolis. The Valley of Butterflies makes a super day trip, too.

The area where the villa is situated is fairly hilly and mountainous. When accessing the property there is a slight incline on the driveway. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide leading to the front door, the front door is 83cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 83cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 100cm wide, there is a step down from the terrace to the pool area and gardens, the path to the pool is 100cm wide. The terrace and pathway grounds are flat and paved stoned, the pool area and the mature garden grounds are gravelled and uneven. The pool has steps, there is no handrail. The ground floor bedroom door is 61cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 69cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are multiple steps leading to the first floor level, there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom on this level.
