Choose a villa holiday to Kiotari if you’re in search of a laid back, tranquil beach resort that promises plenty of sunshine. Set on the southeast coast of Rhodes, you’ll find an array of traditional tavernas, chilled-out bars with live Greek music and plenty of shops selling souvenirs along the seafront. The vast four-kilometre Blue Flag beach offers golden sand one end and the other shingle, while the Aegean waters stretching between the two are shallow and ideal for families with young children. From pedalos to parasailing, an array of watersports are yours to enjoy, yet the atmosphere remains peaceful and far less busy than some of Rhodes’ bigger beach resorts.
A care-free afternoon soaking up the sun is certainly first on the list for many visitors, but venture inland and there are plenty of churches, museums and medieval ruins to marvel at. When you stay at one of our villas in Kiotari, you’re in the perfect spot to enjoy plenty of daytrips; just a ten-minute drive away are Gennadi’s whitewashed houses and quaint narrow alleyways, and a half hour drive brings you to Lindos, one of Rhodes’ prettiest towns with its ancient acropolis. The Valley of Butterflies makes a super day trip, too.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .

This villa is in a mostly flat area. To access the villa there is a 100cm wide path and 1 step. The front door has a width of 80cm. The door to the terrace is 80cm wide. The terrace around the pool is spacious, flat and paved. There are 4 steps with a handrail into the pool. The lounge/kitchen area is open plan, and the door into this area is 80cm wide. There is 1 bedroom located on the ground floor, with the other 2 located on the first floor. The ground floor bedroom door is 66cm wide, and the door to the ensuite shower room is 65cm wide. There are 16 steps to the first floor, the widest first floor bedroom door is 69cm wide, and the door to the shower room is 62cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
