The villa is 500m from Kalathos Village Square where you will find a selection of tavernas, bars and shops. Just a short walk away is Kalathos Beach and a short drive will take you to Peukous or Lindos, a must-see for all those who want to do some sightseeing on their holidays. Lindos offers the traditional Greek island architecture, with the classic white houses and narrow streets and a beach that is considered one of the best on the island with soft sand and shallow waters. Finally on the top of the hill, there is the ancient Greek acropolis that has stood the test of time for over 2000 years. A visit there is truly rewarding!

The secluded sand-and-shingle beach at Kalathos Bay is just a 15-minute stroll away and one of the longest and most quiet beaches on the island. The crystal-clear and shallow waters are ideal for young children and wooden sun beds and bamboo umbrellas are available for rent. After your sunshine fix, there are a handful of small restaurants and a supermarket on the adjacent road and several family-run tavernas back in the village, serving traditional meze and Greek dishes such as moussaka and kleftiko, using recipes passed down over many generations.
