A short stroll further brings you to the seafront, where you can enjoy the refreshing coastal atmosphere and take in the beautiful views along the shoreline. If you’re looking for a daytrip etched in history, hop in the car and head to Rhodes, renowned for its vibrant harbour, gorgeous beaches, first-class gastronomy, and crumbling Roman ruins.

The Nisi Concept villas are a unique complex of villas designed to emulate a tiny Rhodian hamlet. The “village square” is a central courtyard with taverna-style dining facilities and al fresco barbecue as well as a shared laundry area. All villas (except Villa Nisi Chalki) offer underground parking for one car beneath the complex with direct access via stairs directly into your villa. Additional cars would need to be parked on the street.

The villa next door can also be booked to accommodate larger groups.

To access the villa there is a path which is 75cm wide leading to the front door, the front door is 75cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 75cm wide, the living area is open plan, there is a guest WC on the ground floor level. To access the pool there is a door which 75cm wide, there are 3 steps down from the patio to the terrace area, the path to the pool is 50cm wide, it is a narrow path. The pool/terrace grounds are even to access to the pool, however the terrace grounds are uneven with crazy paving, the garden grounds are gravelled, the outside area is fairly compact. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are multiple steps leading to the first floor level. The bedroom doors are 63cm wide and the bathroom door is 65cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.
