About the villa
This three-bedroom villa on the popular Greek island of Rhodes is full of character and style. The Nisi Concept villas are a unique complex of villas designed to emulate a tiny Rhodian hamlet. The “village square” is a central courtyard with taverna-style dining facilities and al fresco barbecue as well as a shared laundry area. All villas (except Villa Nisi Chalki) offer underground parking for one car beneath the complex with direct access via stairs directly into your villa. Additional cars would need to be parked on the street.

The second-largest town on Rhodes, there’s so much to uncover in Ialyssos. Nestled on the coastline, the town is framed by powder-soft swathes that spill over a pebbly shore. Its windy shores and gripping waves lure in thrill seekers from across the island, and clusters of windsurfing schools are perfect for beginners. Spend afternoons strolling around the center, exploring its souvenir-crammed markets, pastry-filled cafes, and olive oil-drizzled local dishes. Culture lovers should strike out on a hike to Filerimos Hill, where the remains of a Byzantine monastery lie before sweeping views of the breath-taking landscape. For some more history, hop in the car and head to Rhodes Town to discover crumbling Roman ruins and a charming old town.

To access the villa there is a path which is 81cm wide leading to the front door, the front door is 81cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 81cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool there is a door which is 75cm wide with a path of 50cm wide to the pool area, there are 4 gradual steps leading to the terrace area from the living room patio doors. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, even and paved stoned, the garden grounds are gravelled with shrubbery, the outside grounds are fairly compact. The pool is raised from the ground, however to access from the patio the ground is flat and even, the pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 82cm wide, this is a double bedroom and the ground floor bathroom door is 80cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are multiple steps leading to the first floor level, on this level there are more bedrooms and bathrooms.
