The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide leading to the front door, the front door is 81cm wide. The lounge door is 100cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 81cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 90cm wide, there are 3 steps down from the patio to the terrace area, the path to the pool is 80cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, even and paved stoned, the garden is gravelled with shrubbery, the outside grounds are fairly compact. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The bedroom door is 60cm wide and the bathroom door is 82cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.
