Accessibility

To access the villa there is a path which is 550cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 98cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 81cm wide. There are 2 paths to the poolside, one is 900cm and one is 200cm wide. The paths are pebbled. There are multiple surfaces around the exteriors, as can be seen in the images. This is a ground-floor property. Inside, there is 1 step of 16cm to access the lounge area. From the kitchen to the lounge, there is a further step of 16cm. The double bedroom and shower room doors are 80cm wide.
