I have given 4 stars because there is still work that the villa needs. It is a brand new villa that is in a great location. You do not to hire a car. Even the main supermarket is only about 15 minutes on foot. The pool is really nice but was too cold to use when we were there. I suspect in hotter weather it would be a bit warmer. There are no towel rails in the bathrooms. The tiles both in the house and round the pool are very slippery when wet. Some of the plug sockets in the bathroom are loose and there are areas where the window sealant has not been applied which is the downstairs bathroom and around the patio doors the frame is a bit loose. We had torrential rain on one of the days and some of the rain came through the wall in the front room. I guess it is jobs that will be done over time as the villa is brand new. Once the jobs are done it will be a 5 star villa.

To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. The pool area is reasonably flat and tiled. The pool itself has step access. There is a raised sun lounger spot at the back of the pool. The bedroom on the ground floor has a door width of 80cm, whilst the ensuite shower room door is 68cm wide. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 80cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor, where the twin bedroom door is 78cm wide, and the ensuite shower room door is 61cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
