You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Villa Oriens sits on the hillside above Gennadi beach, just 250 metres from the charming traditional village of Gennadi which offers a choice of local restaurants and small shops based around the village square. This elevated position offers wonderful panoramic views over Gennadi Bay which is under 600 metres away. A really excellent location.
This new modern villa is stylishly furnished and decorated and offers a very high standard with excellent facilities. Ideal for a family with three generous bedrooms, the sister villa ( Eventide) is next door so these two together are ideal for large groups of two families wishing to holiday together but with their own privacy. Modern and comfortable décor throughout create a relaxing but very functional villa extends to a generous pool terrace with bbq, comfortable sunbeds and parasols.

The area where the villa is situated is fairly hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 93cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 100cm wide, the living area is open plan, there is a guest WC on the ground floor level. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 100cm wide, the path to the pool is 100cm wide. The outside grounds are flat, even and partially of wooden decking and of paving stone, the outside area is fairly compact. The pool has steps, there is no handrail. The ground floor bedroom door is 70cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 65cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level. The first floor bedroom doors are 73cm wide and first floor bathroom door is 65cm wide. Once a small fishing hamlet, this traditional village is today a fantastic area to make base for your holiday in Rhodes thanks to its spectacular sandy beach and variety of restaurants. Gennadi sets just the right balance of traditional and authenticity along with a modern, up-and-coming vibe, with restaurants, shops and a bakery surrounding a pretty village square. The beach itself is around one kilometre downhill and is perhaps the most beautfiful in all of Rhodes. The six kilometre stretch of sand and fine pebbles along the southeast corner of the island includes beachfront bars and seafood stalls and has the prestigious Blue-Flag status. Gennadi is ideally situated close to Lindos, the 'Jewel in Rhodes' Crown' with its ancient acropolis and beautiful whitewashed buildings.
