If a laid-back tempo is your thing then a villa holiday to Gennadi is an excellent choice. Once a small fishing hamlet, this traditional village is today a fantastic area to make base for your holiday in Rhodes thanks to its spectacular sandy beach and variety of restaurants. Gennadi sets just the right balance of traditional and authenticity along with a modern, up-and-coming vibe, with restaurants, shops and a bakery surrounding a pretty village square. The beach itself is around one kilometre downhill and is perhaps the most beautfiful in all of Rhodes. The six kilometre stretch of sand and fine pebbles along the southeast corner of the island includes beachfront bars and seafood stalls and has the prestigious Blue-Flag status. Gennadi is ideally situated close to Lindos, the 'Jewel in Rhodes' Crown' with its ancient acropolis and beautiful whitewashed buildings.

To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. The terrace is flat and tiled, whilst there is a step down all around the patio onto the lawn area. This can be seen in the images. The pool itself has ladder access. This is a ground-floor property where the double bedroom door is 75cm wide and the ensuite door is 63cm wide.
