You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Surrounded by rolling hills and lush green gardens, the villa enjoys breath-taking views, while the exterior welcomes you with a beautiful blend of modern and traditional touches. Step inside and into a charming, air-conditioned oasis of refined modern elegance, where a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area join seamlessly, bathed in natural light as it pours in through floor-to-ceiling sliding patio doors.
The living space boasts a large, comfortable corner sofa where guests can gather and relax around a large flat screen Smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen leads from the living area, beautifully designed and featuring all of the necessary amenities.
Opening up the patio doors, you’re greeted by a large terrace, where comfortable sun loungers beckon you to spend an afternoon relaxing with a good book as the golden sun beats down, before cooling off in the glittering waters of your private pool. As the sun sinks beyond the horizon, fire up the BBQ and sample delicious local cuisine in your al-fresco dining area.

One of the largest villages of Rhodes, Afandou is located on the east coast and not far from the resorts of Faliraki and Rhodes Town. A lovely square can be discovered in the heart of the village, a wide selection of shops, bars, café and traditional Taverna restaurants. A popular resort and only 1km to the Blue Flag beach along the crystal clear waters of the Aegean, which can be accessed by a mini-train in the peak months. A must see is the beautiful Church of Our Lady Katholiki and the only golf course on the island, Afandou Golf is also located close to the village.
