Sivota is quite possibly the prettiest fishing village you are likely to come across. Located in the south east corner of Lefkas, Sivota boasts one of the prettiest and most colourful little natural harbours we have ever encountered.
For enthusiastic photographers, you’ll have a hard time convincing your friends that your images have not been photo shopped, such are the vivid contrasts between the green olive groves that tumble down to the water’s edge of the aqua marine cobalt blue waters of this stunning scene. Simply stunning.
Sivota has evolved over recent years and has become a firm favourite with the yachting fraternity, who enjoy mooring in the idyllic harbour of an evening and of course, who equally enjoy hopping ashore on their tender dinghies and dining in one of the many excellent seafood restaurants and trendy café bars that have sprung up over the years.

The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous. The way to the villa from the main road is up uphill. To access the villa there is a path which is 107cm wide, leading to a step to the front door which is 105cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 107cm wide- To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 107cm wide. The outside grounds are flat, even and spacious. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom doors are 67cm wide and the ground floor bathroom is 60cm wide,this is a shower type bathroom. There are 14 steps leading to the first floor level. The first floor bedroom doors are 70cm wide and the first floor bathroom door is 80cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.
