Sivota is quite possibly the prettiest fishing village you are likely to come across. Located in the south east corner of Lefkas, Sivota boasts one of the prettiest and most colourful little natural harbours we have ever encountered.

For enthusiastic photographers, you’ll have a hard time convincing your friends that your images have not been photo shopped, such are the vivid contrasts between the green olive groves that tumble down to the water’s edge of the aqua marine cobalt blue waters of this stunning scene. Simply stunning.

Sivota has evolved over recent years and has become a firm favourite with the yachting fraternity, who enjoy mooring in the idyllic harbour of an evening and of course, who equally enjoy hopping ashore on their tender dinghies and dining in one of the many excellent seafood restaurants and trendy café bars that have sprung up over the years.

Lovely villa with a great pool, two kinds of outside seating and simply spectacular views over the bay. The kitchen was well appointed enough for easy catering and the dishwasher and washing machine were an unexpected bonus! Only downsides would be the beds, which were definitely firm and hence not to everyone's taste, and the lack of shade for car parking, meaning our vehicle got incredibly hot in the direct sun. Other than that we had a fabulous week and enjoyed all the the island has to offer for both excitement and lazy time spent chatting with friends and family.

Villa Agapi was superb. It was comfortable and well equipped, with tremendous views of the bay from the balconies, and a warm infinity pool. Our only criticism would be the absence of Roman steps to the pool, but that's just a minor quibble.

We loved our stay at Villa Agapi. We arrived in darkness and woke to the most beautiful views. In June the villa and pool area got sun from around 9am to 9pm, which we loved. There was a constant gentle breeze which meant the heat was more bearable. The rooms were all very large, with air conditioning and comfortable firm beds. We loved the beach access as well, although this area could do with a little tidying up. The house was well appointed. There was only 4 of us. You might struggle preparing meals for more in the tiny kitchen, with limited bakeware. We did have a couple of issues with the pool lights and outdoor lights, and Solmar was extremely responsive. They answered calls/texts very promptly, and nothing was too much trouble. We met the housekeeper, who was lovely. Need to be a bit brave driving the lane to the villa, but that goes for much of Lefkada. Villa Agapi is a few minutes drive from Siviota, a wonderful little harbour with great eateries and lovely hospitality. I would definitely recommend Villa Agapi.

To access the villa there is a path which is 230cm wide alongside 15 steps. The front door has a width of 75cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. The terrace is open-plan and flat, however the crazy paving can be uneven in places. The pool itself has ladder access. Inside, the ground floor bedroom door is 85cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 70cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 85cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 85cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
